If you purchased the assessment for yourself, only you and your debrief coach will see the assessment results.

If your company purchased the assessment for you, your manager will be sent the assessment results as well.

Not everything in your results may perfectly fit you. These assessments are designed to provide insights, but do not know everything about you.
